If you have existing social accounts, we analyse your profiles and look at key metrics from your page analytics. If you have an existing website, we look at any current integrations with social platforms and how effectively they are being used. We also take a look at customer reviews and direct messages across social platforms to see how your brand reacts to its audience. With this information, we can define areas that need improvement and where we can add value.
Expanding on our initial research, we create a proposal that includes a detailed brief, technical specifications and a timeline. Planning is often a collaborative process and we encourage our clients to give their input so that our plans are tailored as closely to their requirements as possible. Where a client gives us free reign, we use our expertise in social media to create a plan that fits your desired outcomes.
Now that we understand your business and have an agreed brief, the process of improving your social presence can begin. We look at the features and services of your brand, and develop relevant content to attract your desired audience. Content is placed in a schedule so that your social platforms do not need to be micro-managed at every stage – we use a mix of scheduled content and real-time work to jump on new trends and deal with messages as they come in.
